ABA liga 2019./20. bila je 19. sezona ABA lige. Sudjelovalo je 12 momčadi iz Bosne i Hercegovine, Hrvatske, Crne Gore, Slovenije i Srbije. ABA liga je 12. ožujka 2020. privremeno obustavila svoja natjecanja zbog pandemije COVID-19.[1] Dana 27. svibnja 2020. ABA liga je otkazala sva svoja natjecanja zbog pandemije COVID-19.[2] Crvena zvezda branila je naslov. Kao posljedica pandemije COVID-19, ABA liga nije priznala nijednu momčad kao prvaka.

Sudionici

Ukupno se natjecalo 12 momčadi, uključujući 11 momčadi iz sezone 2018./19. i prvoplasiranu momčad Druge ABA lige u sezoni 2018./19.
