Deutsch: Zeichen 150 – Bahnübergang mit Schranken oder Halbschranken. Quelle: Bundesgesetzblatt, Jahrgang 1970, Nr. 108, S. 1584. Tag der Ausgabe: Bonn, 5. Dezember 1970. Wie im Verkehrsblatt 22, 1970, S. 772 beschrieben, mußte das Zeichen eine Seitenlänge von 900 mm besitzen. Wie im Verkehrsblatt 1972 weiters festgelegt, betrug die Lichtkantenbreite 10 mm, der rote Rahmen war 80 mm breit.
