Aganope thyrsiflora drvo iz tropske Afrike iz porodice mahunarki. Autohtono u: Andamansko otočje, Assam, Bangladeš, Borneo, Kambodža, Južna središnja Kina, Jugoistočna Kina, Istočna Himalaja, Hainan, Indija, Java, Laos, Malaja, Mjanmar, Nova Gvineja, Nikobarsko otočje, Filipini, Sulawesi, Sumatra, Tajland, Vijetnam

Opis

A. thyrsiflora je lijana ili penjački grm. Grane uglavnom glatke ili slabo dlakave. Listovi: Sastavljeni od 5–9 liski. Liske duguljaste, kožaste, glatke. Cvjetovi: U gustim, piramidalnim cvatovima (12–35 cm). Mali (~8 mm), bijeli do crvenkasto-ljubičasti. Plod: Duguljasta, tanka mahuna (5–10 cm), s izraženim žilama i krilcima. 1–3 sjemenke po plodu. Rasprostranjenost i stanište: Raste uz potoke u planinama (do ~2000 m). Južna Kina i šire područje jugoistočne Azije i Pacifika. Fenologija: Cvate: svibanj–lipanj Plodonosi: kolovoz–studeni.
