Predložak služi za pretvorbu nadnevka u željeni format. Predložak prima dva neobvezna neimenovana parametra:

nadnevak koji želimo pretvoriti u drugi format (ako je prazan, uzima se današnji nadnevak
format u koji želimo pretvoriti nadnevak (ako je prazan, uzima se zadani format HIE: dan. mjesec u genitivu godina.
