Kitasta paprat (lijevasta paprat, stela, smeđa stela; lat. Matteuccia), rod listopadnih paprati iz porodice Onocleaceae, dio reda osladolike. Jedina vrsta je M. struthiopteris iz biogeografskog područja holarktika (uključuje i Hrvatsku ,gdje je vrsta nazivana i smeđa stela) sa dvije podvrste[1]
